clearly outline how we handle the delivery of our physical NFC products,
including important details related to processing, delivery times,
shipping regions, and responsibilities. Please read this policy
carefully before placing your order.
1. Production and Processing Timeline
All Wyre NFC cards are made-to-order and undergo design, encoding, and
quality checks before shipment.
- Production and processing typically take 3–5 business days.

Orders with higher quantities of cards (e.g., 20+ units) may take up
to 7–10 business days depending on the batch size and customization
requirements.

During peak periods, delays may occur. We will communicate proactively
if your order is impacted.
2. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We use a range of reliable national and international carriers to ensure
your cards reach you safely and on time.
- The carrier is chosen based on your location and order volume.

Standard and express delivery options may be available at checkout
depending on the shipping zone.
3. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following regions:
- Sri Lanka (domestic shipping)
- UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar

4. Delivery Time Estimates
Estimated delivery time depends on your region and card quantity:
- Domestic orders: 3–7 business days (from the date of dispatch)
- International orders: 7–14 business days

Bulk orders or high-volume requests may require additional lead time
during processing.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with
your tracking number.
5. Delivery Tracking and Notifications

You will be provided with tracking information via email once your
order has shipped.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking status to update.

You are responsible for monitoring the delivery status and contacting
the courier in case of delays beyond the estimated timeframe.
6. Damaged Packages or Orders
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 7 days
of delivery.

Include photo or video proof of the damaged packaging and/or cards.

If the damage is confirmed to be caused during transit or due to
manufacturing, we will issue a free replacement.
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at
checkout.

Wyre NFC is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned shipments
due to incorrect address input.

If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect or undeliverable
address details, the customer will be responsible for paying the
re-shipping fee.
8. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary depending on the
destination and quantity of cards ordered.

Larger orders may qualify for discounted or free shipping depending on
promotional periods or enterprise plans.
9. Customs, VAT, and Import Duties

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs
fees, import duties, or local taxes.
- Wyre NFC does not cover or reimburse these charges.
